Michael Jackson was crowned a prince of Krindjabo, capital of the Sanwi kingdom, a small kingdom in the southeast Côte d’Ivoire, after a visit in 1992. Michael’s name in Krindjabo is “Prince Michael Amalaman Anoh” and MJ was “King-in-waiting”.
